slashsound is a record label and platform for projects by composers, producers, and visual artists around the U.S. with a common interest in the abstract, the extreme, and the unexplored. An operation of Daniel Rhode and Adam Francis Cuthbert, slashsound artists build future-thinking environments using a combination of digital production tools alongside analog instruments and natural acoustical phenomena, weaving the every­day landscape of urban living with digital audio/visual production.
